"I found this 57LD in a garage in Portsmouth with 600 miles on the clock with all the original paperwork I even traced the original sole owner other than me, he purchased it in1957 from Pankhurst in Swanage then rode to portsmouth joined the navy 1n 1958 and the scooter remained under a tarp until I purchased it, at the time it was siezed and was Lambretta blue, I painted it yellow, all parts are original except for the rubber parts and it started third kick after 43 years".
